Consult Kerri was founded on a lifelong commitment to community. That commitment began at an early age. At five years old, our founder, Kerri Grinage, experienced firsthand how public policy and educational opportunity can shape a person's future when she was bused to school. By the age of fourteen, she was actively participating in community engagement efforts, discovering the power of listening, collaboration, and civic involvement. Those early experiences inspired a career dedicated to serving communities and creating opportunities for meaningful public participation.

Today, Kerri brings more than 15 years of experience across the public and private sectors, with a professional background that spans transportation, government operations, education, community outreach, and project coordination. Her work has included collaborating with executive leadership, coordinating public initiatives, supporting strategic projects, and engaging diverse stakeholders across New York City. Kerri holds a Master of Arts in Urban Studies and has completed advanced studies in Public Administration and Public Policy through the CUNY School of Labor and Urban Studies. She combines academic knowledge with practical experience to help clients navigate planning processes, foster collaboration, and deliver projects that create lasting community impact.
